Stephen is a very committed Chartered Accountant and passionate about his clients. He enjoys rolling up his sleeves and working with their business systems to get regular, meaningful financial information.
Stephen advises on business structures, business sale and purchases, and tax planning. He produces financial management reports on site
Stephen is a very committed Chartered Accountant and passionate about his clients. He enjoys rolling up his sleeves and working with their business systems to get regular, meaningful financial information.
Stephen advises on business structures, business sale and purchases, and tax planning. He produces financial management reports on site and analyses the results. In addition, Stephen works on review and recommendation projects in relation to financial systems and is particularly adept at preparation of financial forecasts.
Stephen is increasingly acting in a business coaching role, working alongside owners to develop their businesses. His 25 years of working with many successful business people has equipped him with a good understanding of what works, and what won't!

Annamaree is a Chartered Accountant with seven years’ experience with private companies and 25 years’ experience in the Public Service in Investigations roles.
Annamaree lives rurally and enjoys spending time in nature and with the many critters who share her home.

Jason began his accounting career in November 2007 after gaining the New Zealand Diploma in Business through the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.
He currently works in financial reporting and tax compliance, preparing annual accounts, tax returns, GST returns and monthly reporting for clients.

He currently works in financial reporting and tax compliance, preparing annual accounts, tax returns, GST returns and monthly reporting for clients.
Jason completed his Bachelor of Business Analysis degree, with an accounting major, in November 2015. He enjoys the practical side of producing accurate and timely reporting information that is so important to the business advisory service that we provide.
Jason enjoys racing his BMW race car and currently participates is the grass roots the Auckland Car Club Production Car Race Series.

After completing a degree in Applied Chemistry in my native Czech Republic I came to New Zealand in 2004 for what I thought would be a short working holiday.

In 2008 I began working for an Auckland based fitness company, transitioning to an Architecture firm in 2009, and then a large Chartered Accountancy as a Senior Account Administrator in 2010, where I stayed until the birth of our first child in 2012.
After 7 years being a stay at home Mum I was approached by Stephen and have been at Hatfield Accounting since January 2019.

I began working at Hatfield Accounting in July 2021 as accounts administrator. I am the friendly face you will see as you enter the premises. I have come predominantly from a retail background and I'm enjoying the change. I ensure the day to day office and accounts tasks are all running smoothly and are completed in a timely manner.

I have grown up and lived in Tauranga my whole life where my partner and I are now raising our two boys. They keep us very busy with all their extra activities, we love watching and supporting them. I also enjoy keeping active with playing netball and going to the gym.
